2026 - Trosa - April 12th

Always take that window of opportunity for a session at Trosa . Unfortunately i worked the day before preparing some project work so its really worthwhile taking the drive and i did at 05:15am in the morning.

I was first to get there so i took up my favourite position on the corner. Where else !😆

Set up 2 rods with DH 3gr and 4gr floats to size 8 PresTon N20 HOOKS. Also a 6m whip

So idyllic 

First 11 casts was 11 fish of large size Roach - staggering , must have been 7lb at least

Bjorkna so fat and probably the biggest i have ever caught ! easily 2lb !

Fished from 07:00am till 12:30pm for 303 fish - i decided to stop as i knew it would be difficult to haul up the nets , and it was !

On the way home decided to visit the fish pass

What a great job they have made of renewing the bank with brand new boards
