Diary of a man recognising his age yet wanting to get stronger so able to get through life - DIARY 1 - FIRST 3 MONTHS

 Back in 2008/2009 period i started to train a little having given up playing squash and any other energetic sports so that period i was in my early to middle 50's . It was later in 2012 i joined WORLD CLASS Gym in Sodertalje and because of the weight i was putting on then i entered the BIG WEIGHT LOSS competition . I entered at 127 kilos !!! ........i finished on 106 kilos 

Then we departed for UK in early 2014 to maybe continue the rest of our lives there however due to illness , Brexit and the Pandemic we were left 'under the Bus' by the ruling government and we escaped back to Sweden in October 2020 .

In June 2022 i contacted Peter Carlsson my previous PT who had an excellent Fitness house called LEVELS .......the rest is history , i joined , i started to get fit , i started to eat strictly and i had discipline in my life .

I intend to keep a diary of each quarter of the year to watch my progress . So far the progress is outstanding as i started on 127.7 kilos ..........i am now 120 kilos after 8 weeks of Diet/training. Already my strength is active and i have more confidence the way i look but there is a long way to go , in fact there is no end result , it is just a continuation to stay fit as long as i can afford to go fitness training and earn money as a Design engineer for SCANIA.

Barbel work is just one element of the fitness training , the most is on peripheral equipment with pulley weights , hand weights and kettle bells
