Hi Andreas I would recommend them as it is an investment on your pole to help less wearing out on the joints . The bigger the cone the slightly more difficult to fit and sometimes they work a little loose but are easy to fix. Most of my friends use them as most pole anglers in the UK will fish 5 to 10 times more than most swedish anglers so the demands on the pole joints are greater. They have all the sizes of the inside diameters but always recommend you to take at least 3 measurements per joint with a digital Vernia. Best of luck / Phil
