2024 - NYKOPING - APRIL 1ST - Peg creation with Mats

Mats and i started to clear 6 pegs with good channels for the anglers on the 'DOG' section . Mats loaned all his gear for the day , we could not have completed it without all his provided tools , well done mate.

For the match we recommend to bring good length boots as you might exercise to get box or platform legs extended. Waders if you wish ? None of the pegs are swampy , just a few you feel a little silt mixed with stones.

Expected peg layout 

FOR THE FEEDER CUP IN MAY 4TH 5TH only.

Top end of the match length the Kommun have cleared the bank near to the chairs . No need to use platforms out there but that might change come May time , we shall keep you informed nearer the time. this section will be in when the May Feeder cup is fished. We counted 5-6 positions on this cleared section.

The board walk area has been repaired with new wood , this will be peg 15 and 4 pegs to the left are all on the bank.

Dog section and this starts with peg 1 - Nice flat position and shallow with small stones close in 

Peg 2 - Again nice and flat with small stones in front

Peg 3 - same as peg 2 with features 

Peg 4 - again stones in front , some larger .

Peg 5 - Ideal to place the box / platform on the edge which is partial slightly muddy and stones 

Peg 6 - again platform/box is easily position on the edge 

Peg 7  - also ok for platform / box on the edge of the bank 

Peg 8 (Mats today had 18 fish in 2 hours ) - ideal for platform / box on the edge of the bank

Peg 9 - another nice easy peg for platform / box

Peg 10 and 11 (sitting on 11)  

Peg 10 has large stones on edge , with some manipulation you should get comfortable with platform / box.
