The lake is still well iced up
Building end of the lake is upto 70 metres free of ice

Very little snow left on the side of the bank
Beavers in the woods !!.........they have been in winter lodgings here
Another tree in the background had fallen victim to those sharp teeth

Back of the bridge is a small basin area which is fairly shallow and should provide early season sport for small skimmers,roach and odd tench as it warms up fast

just turned .........years old
weather looking good , think the fish will respond. Scania lake is only half ice now and has a nice green colour to it.
