The mixes :

2kg TOPMIX terre de rivier

2kg TOPMIX terre de somme

1kg TOPMIX red skimmer

1kg Mondial X=Dream

and 1kg box of salt

THE MIX: first mixed the Mondial X-Dream then the TOP MIX red-skimmer seperately as its a very binding mix. So when adding it together you can regulate how much 'RED' you want in. After that the 1kg of salt is added and whisked in. After the riviere and somme is riddle-filtered and mixed in .

Slider rig no1 : Using 18 gram COLMIC float with 0.20 Colmic reel line and hooklength of 25cm to a Tubertini serie 1 size 20 hook with 3 no8 Tubertini droppers on the reel line below the float to the swivel.
Shot under the float is PRESTON SSG with a string of Tubertini no6's , swivel divided the main and bottom line. Depth set to 9 metres.

The lighter rig is a Top-Mix Sarcanda 12 gram to 0.20 reel line and 0.08 bottom line to TUBERTINI serie 1 size 22 hook. Again 2 PRESTON SSG for the bulk with 4 no 8 Tubertini droppers at equal intervals.

Depth to slider knot set at 9 metres

Rods : For the 12 gram rig , using a TOP-MIX Exquisite Light match 13'

For the 18 gram rig , using a TOP-MIX Exquisite Medium match 14'.

Reels: SPRO Blue Arc 940.

NOTE: All floats carried by a TOP-MIX slider adaptor.
